Do you know that majority of the companies I've worked with is dealing with some common issues?

Firstly, there tends to be an excess of meetings that aren't very effective.
Secondly, there's often a lack of one clear plan for the work that needs to be done, no feedback-loop to validate it.
Lastly, there's a challenge with open and fast communication.

That's why the first three articles on my space focus on these areas . If you spend less than 5 minutes on each, you'll likely gather some ideas for small changes (kaizen) that can bring minor improvements as early as tomorrow. I hope this proves supportive even without direct interaction between us.
